Getting Started With Assistance
The first step for most income-based assistance programs is to register and create an account on the MI Bridges website or speak with someone at your local MDHHS office. In order to qualify for MEAP you no longer have to have a past due bill. However, you must verifiy your eligibility through one of UPPCO's Community Partner Organizations.
The Community Partner Organizations listed below can also help with additional assistance - specifically, customers wishing to enroll in UPPCO's EASE payment plan.
